FLIGHT SCHEDULE FROM JULY 22 TO OCTOBER 26, 2024
In the current context, Aircalin is adapting to the travel demands of its customers.
To enable you to [re]travel with peace of mind, the company confirms the following flight schedule from July 22 to October 26, 2024, with flights available on all booking platforms:
- SINGAPORE: 5 rotations per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays
- TOKYO: 1 rotation a week on Saturdays or Mondays until September 1, when direct flights are cancelled. Japan remains an available destination via Singapore or Sydney.
- SYDNEY: 2 rotations a week on Tuesdays or Thursdays, and Fridays.
- BRISBANE: 1 rotation a week on Sundays, 2nd frequency on Wednesdays during school vacations.
- MELBOURNE: direct flights cancelled, destination still available via Sydney or Brisbane
- AUCKLAND: 1 rotation a week on Sundays (except on 28th of July), 2nd frequency on Fridays during school vacations
- WALLIS NANDI: 1 rotation a week on Saturdays in July, then 2 rotations a week on Mondays and Saturdays, 3rd frequency on Thursdays in October.
- PAPEETE: 1 rotation per week via Nandi on Tuesdays. Direct flights cancelled.
- PORT-VILA: 1 rotation per week on Fridays during school vacations.
In addition, given the suspension of Air New-Zealand flights between Nouméa and Auckland until December 11 and Qantas flights between Nouméa and Brisbane until September 8, Aircalin is no longer able to offer codeshare flights operated by Qantas and Air New Zealand on these routes.

As part of this new flight schedule, a new itinerary to your final destination and your new ticket will be sent to you as soon as possible by your original point of sale.

TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN TONTOUTA AIRPORT AND NOUMEA
ACCORDING TO THE SITUATION, the authorities decide on travel options between La Tontouta International Airport and Nouméa. Aircalin strongly advises its customers to stay informed.
Access to La Tontouta International Airport is authorised during the day from 6am to 9pm, on the basis of one accompanying person per passenger and 1 vehicle in the car park.
For all evening and night-time arrivals, the authorities recommend the use of dedicated shuttles with stops at Païta and Moselle.

MEASURES FOR FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS AS OF MAY 14
COMMERCIAL MEASURES FROM 3rd OF JUNE
In the exceptional context of the PARTIAL and DAILY reopening of Tontouta airport and its impact on cancelled flights, Aircalin is applying appropriate commercial measures.
The following measures will apply from 3 June 2024 for customers holding an Aircalin ticket (beginning with 063). Customers with tickets from other airlines should contact their original point of sale.
We invite you to inform us of your intention to postpone or cancel your journey by filling in this form.
WOULD YOU LIKE TO POSTPONE YOUR TRIP?
- Your flight has been cancelled due to the closure of La Tontouta airport since 13 May: postponement free of charge for a departure up to 30 September 2024 included.
- Your flight has not been cancelled and was initially scheduled before 1 October 2024, postponement will be:
- without change fees
- without fare adjustment on direct Aircalin flights
- with possible fare adjustment for travels including other airline flights if original booking class is no longer available.
- Your flight has not been cancelled and was originally scheduled for travel on or after 1 October 2024: the original ticket conditions apply (change fees, possible fare adjustment if original booking class not available).
WOULD YOU LIKE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIP?
- Your flight has been cancelled due to the closure of La Tontouta airport since 13 May:
- You can keep the value of your ticket as a credit note valid for 12 months from the start date of your journey. It will be used free of charge.
- You can request a refund free of charge. However, we would like to draw your attention to the particularly long processing times.
- Your flight has not been cancelled and was originally scheduled before 1 October 2024:
- You can keep the value of your ticket as a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of commencement of travel. It will be used free of charge.
- You can request a refund, which will be at the initial conditions of the ticket.
The credit note is personal and non-transferable. If it is not used in full, the difference in price will be refunded.
