Our technical teams, in coordination with the manufacturer and specialized partners, are actively continuing the necessary repair work.

Flight SB501 is expected to be rescheduled from Paris-CDG on Monday, August 4, late in the morning, subject to confirmation.

The additional delay is mainly due to:

➡️ Affected passengers are currently being cared for in Paris (accommodation, meals, and assistance).

We sincerely thank our customers for their patience and understanding in this exceptional situation beyond our control.

The part required to complete the aircraft repair is still in transit. Under these circumstances, we are not yet in a position to confirm a new departure time for flight SB501.

Our teams remain fully mobilized to restore operations as quickly as possible.

We sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding.

August 3rd (11:00 AM Nouméa time)

Flight SB501, operated by Aircalin and initially scheduled to depart from Paris-CDG on August 2nd at 22:00, has been suspended due to a technical issue involving a safety component on the A330neo.

Our technical teams are fully mobilized to carry out the necessary repairs, and everything is being done to reschedule the flight within 24 hours.

The affected passengers are currently being assisted in Paris (accommodation, meals, support).

The new departure time will be communicated as soon as it is confirmed, and each passenger will receive their updated itinerary by email and SMS.

We sincerely thank our customers for their patience and understanding, despite this situation beyond our control.
